The council now have the responsibility of keeping the bins empty and if anyone sees a litter bin overflowing that they should contact the council on 01225394041 or email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk .
The bins should normally be emptied once a fortnight and we would hope that the new bins would help keep this area clean and tidy.
