Bath & North East Somerset Council are changing all its street lights in Twerton to a new LED system starting the roll out in June by replacing the head section of each lamp post.
The reason for this is the old lighting is expensive to run and some of it is getting to the stage where parts are hard to find and the lighting is almost obsolete.
