PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDERS 2021 |
Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North
East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14(2)(a) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 will, by virtue of this Notice, for a period
of up to 3 days commencing on Tuesday 05th January 2021 close temporarily to vehicles in the length of How Hill, Twerton Bath, work outside
'The Full Moon' pub. Closure extents: from the junction of Connection Road to
point of the War Memorial.
The above restriction is necessary because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road for
emergency leak repair in carriageway but shall not apply
to any vehicle necessarily carrying out repairs. Alternative
Route High Street (Twerton) - Shophouse Road - The Hollow - Whiteway
Road - Pennyquick Hill - Newton Road - How Hill. |
