Here is this weeks update on what your Councillors Tim Ball and Sarah Moore have actioned in the area.
North Way - We have reported the large pothole that has appeared and also requested the blocked drains to be cleared.
Newton Road - We arranged for the vandalised bin near to the entrance of Pennyquick Park to be replaced.
Haycombe Drive - We have asked the cleansing team to carry out a deep clean around the drive including all ramps and steps to clear all leaves and tree debris as well as mud and rubbish.
Shaws Way - We have asked Curo to plant a couple of trees near number 12 to help prevent vehicles from driving along this footpath.
Whiteway Green - We had a good meeting with Curo this week to discuss disabled play equipment and again asked for secure fencing to be put around the play equipment.
Walwyn Close - the HMO planning application for number 6 has been formally withdrawn.
This week Councillors Tim Ball and Sarah Moore attended the full council meeting where the budget for 2026-2027 was formally agreed.
