Don Foster MP for Bath will open a community project at the RNID on 20th April 2011 at 2pm. The project involves creating a sensory experience through woodland for the residents and service users of the RNID. The project is part of the Prince's Trust Team programme run by City of Bristol College. There will be a photo opportunity for all press at the opening ceremony which will be held at RNID Poolemead, Watery Lane, Twerton, Bath BA2 1RN.

The programme run at RNID is a 12 week personal development programme for 16-25 year olds that encourages and enables them to improve their motivation, confidence and employability skills. Currently, over 70% of participants move from being long term unemployed, often with low skills and self esteem, into full time education, training or employment.
