Following a freedom of information request from a local resident it seems that the consultation on the layout of the new Bus Stop at Kelston View may not have been carried out with all the residents across the area.
The main areas of contention are not the bus stop itself but are makings in front of the bus stop that are supposed to allow the bus to pull away from the bus stop a little easier, but these seem so unnecessary as by watching bus movements there is no need for these extra markings.
I have therefore asked that these extra markings are removed thus reinstating the two parking places that have been lost.
