Woodhouse Road Flats

We have been working closely with Curo to resolve some of the issues around these flats. On a recent visit we noticed that a large amount of rubbish has been dumped alongside the overflowing recycling bins. We have asked that this rubbish is checked to see if we can find out who dumped it  and then for it to be removed, we have also asked that these bins are more regularly emptied.

The bin rooms at these flats has been a problem for some time now and we can report that some action is now being taken.

The bin room at the rear of Carr House is to be relocated to ensure that it is only for the use of those residents and an area that is used for dumping is having an old mattress removed and will soon be having some bushes planted to prevent and further fly tipping.

We are looking to get some planting carried out in the entrance area of the flats ensuring that they look much brighter.

We will be continuing to work with Curo to ensure that this area is kept up together.
