(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDERS 2019

Notice is hereby
given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the
provisions of section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 will, by
virtue of this Notice, for a period of 2 working days commencing on Thursday 30th
May 2019 close temporarily to vehicles Newton
Road at its junction with Watery Lane, Twerton.

The above restriction is necessary because
works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to
facilitate Carriageway maintenance by Banes but shall not apply to any
vehicles necessarily carrying out the repairs.
